Alpha Phi Omega is a national coeducation service based fraternity that upholds the cardinal principles of Leadership, Friendship, and Service. It provides its members the opportunity to develop leadership skills as they volunteer on their campus, in their community, to the nation, and to the organization. Our organization provides various opportunities and resources for our members to develop their leadership skills and foster lifelong friendships. We welcome all students who share our values and want to make a positive impact in the world.

Leadership
​As a professional fraternity, we want our members to develop as leaders. Whether it be serving on our executive committee, or attending regional and national Alpha Phi Omega conferences, we encourage the professional growth of our fellow brothers.
Friendship
Fellowship within our extensive brotherhood is what defines us as a fraternity. Our aim is to welcome a diverse group of brothers and give them a place to call home during their time here at UC Riverside. The bonds created within this organization are carried out onto life beyond campus.
Service
​Through weekly services, our members dedicate their time into improving our campus, community, nation, and fraternity. We believe in the importance of connecting with the local community, and encourage this through our various events.

"Hello everyone! My name is Bernice Lam and I am the President of Alpha Phi Omega!
When I first learned about this organization, I was immediately drawn to its commitment to service and leadership. In high school, I was actively involved in several community service clubs, so finding an organization that carried the same spirit of giving back truly made UCR feel like home. Alpha Phi Omega not only strengthens our dedication to service, but also provides countless opportunities to develop professional skills and build meaningful friendships that feel like family.
My time in Alpha Phi Omega has exceeded every expectation of what I envisioned my college experience to be. If you’re looking to grow as a leader, make a positive impact on your community, and form lifelong bonds, then Alpha Phi Omega is your home away from home.
